Cloud environment refresh

Refresh the cloud environment

To refresh the cloud envionment using another environment (see screenshots below):

Administration > Cloud Service Requests
"New Record" ([+] symbol).
"Cloud Service Request": Describe the new Cloud service request.
"Request Type": Select the option "Copy From (Refresh)" from the list.
"Source Tenant": Select the source environment to refresh from (PRD if the source should be the production envionment).
"Job Definition": Select REFRESH from the list of options.
"Job Window": Select the local job window (Frankfurt Region if in Germany).
"Scheduled Date": Select the date from the list of options.
"Desired Start Date": Select the date from the calender.
"Save Record" (floppy disc symbol).
"Submit Query". The status should now have changed to "Submitted".

Note: the refresh date should be at least 1 day later than the current date. Otherwiser an error message will appear and prevent the request from being submitted.
